1 Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and apps published under Cactus Punch Publishing, including MERGEFIRE and other current or future titles. It explains how information is processed when the apps are installed or used.
2 Information processed
Depending on the specific app and enabled features, the following categories of information may be processed.
2.1 Device and app information
App version and build number, device model, operating system version, language and region, time zone, network type, IP address, and approximate location inferred from IP address, typically at country or region level. This information is processed by our analytics provider, GameAnalytics.
2.2 Identifiers
App instance identifiers generated by the app or by our analytics provider (GameAnalytics). These identifiers may be reset depending on OS settings.
2.3 Usage and analytics events
Gameplay and app events such as session activity, feature usage, progression, and custom interaction events such as clicks and in-app actions.
2.4 Crash and diagnostics
Crash logs, stack traces, diagnostic signals, and information about the app state at the time of a crash. This may be processed through GameAnalytics.
3 Purposes of processing
Information may be processed to provide app functionality, maintain and improve stability and performance, understand usage through analytics, and provide customer support.
4 Sharing and third party processing
Apps may use third party services that process information under their own privacy policies. Information is shared only as necessary to operate features and services described in this policy.
Platform services include Google Play Services when apps are distributed through Google Play.

5 International transfers
GameAnalytics may process data on servers located in different countries. Where required by law, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
6 Retention
Retention is determined by our analytics provider settings and policies, and we keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7 Security
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8 Children
Apps are not directed to children under 13. Personal data from children under 13 is not knowingly collected. If a parent or guardian believes a child provided personal data through analytics events, contact cactuspunchpublishing@gmail.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize such data where applicable.
9 User choices
You can control certain permissions in device settings, and you may be able to reset certain identifiers used by analytics depending on OS settings. Some apps may also provide in app privacy controls where available.
10 Rights requests
Depending on the jurisdiction, rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent to cactuspunchpublishing@gmail.com. Additional information may be required to verify the request.
11 Changes
This policy may be updated. The latest version will be available at the published URL, and the effective date will be updated. If we add new third party services such as advertising, attribution, or purchases, we will update this policy before releasing the update and will update Google Play Data safety disclosures accordingly.
